    Bring communities, technical practitioners, and local decision-makers into the same room.

    Reframe local priorities into language useful for public decision-making.

    Commit

    Secure concrete commitments from the relevant institutions.

    Follow through

    Check whether those commitments are kept.

    Learn

    Document what worked and what didn't.

    Replicate

    Adapt the mechanism to other contexts.

We're testing a specific hypothesis: can a deliberately designed community-to-decision pathway produce real institutional follow-through? We don't know yet. That's why we're piloting it.
